DIANNE REED WHITE

Dianne Reed White was born on February 4, 1956 to the late Mary and George Reed. She was born in Lake Providence, La. She accepted The Lord Jesus Christ and Savior at an early age. She was a store manager and certified nursing assistant for many years before her health challenges begun in 1989. She eventually became a home engineer. Dianne enjoyed watching the food and home network channel, spending quality time with family and listening to music. She was a generous, courageous, brave, fierce and bold soul who didn’t mind telling you like it is. Her favorite soap opera to watch was Young and The Restless. God needed her more and she passed away peacefully on May 9, 2020 in Denton, Texas at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Jerry White Sr. of 46 years, her children ; one daughter, Kemeia White of Denton, TX three sons, Eric Brooks(Carla) of Slidell, La; Jerry White, Jr. and Akeem White(Sakinah White) all of Denton, Texas. She has six sisters, three brothers. Mary Reed, Flora Reed, Sherria Reed( All of Grand Rapids,MI), Christine Hinton(Lake Providence, LA) Ann Reed( Columbus, GA) the late Josephine Reed., George Haynes, Edward Reed,(both of Grand Rapids, MI) and the late JL Kelly. She has several grandchildren, one great-grandson, Xavier Brooks (Jacksonville, Arkansas); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
